Baths are good for what ails you

I’m back to going to the gym now and I’m rediscovering the wonders of a nice, long, hot soak afterwards. Preferably with Epsom salts and a good book to read. It is also the season for pine pollen here in the south. Cars are discolored from the thick layers of pollen on them. My allergies are going nuts most days and a nice bath with steam clears out the pollen from your nose, eyes, and throat and makes you feel worlds better. Headaches are cured faster when you combine a hot bath with your pain reliever of choice because you are able to relax and that always helps with pain.

 

Now I just need a good massage.
